 Will a Futaba FM transmitter work with a Jr FM receiver on the same channel?

 No. Futaba is negitive shift and JR is positive shift. One will interfere with the other but total control is not there. You can use a Hitec reciever with either one because you can select the required shift on the receiver.
The only limits are down!
